Who you are：

We are looking Team Leader of Automation Engineering for our Business Unit Heat & Gas Systems (BU HGS) Qingdao Marine site. As a Team Leader, you are working in our Engineering & Supply organization, and you are part of Automation Engineering team. Your work is to lead Automation Engineering team in Qingdao which is working in order execution of capital sales and service projects. Your team is working with electrical systems and components for boiler, burner, heater, gas combustion units, exhaust gas cleaning products. Electrical team is working with hardware and software designs. Automation team will ensure that electrical design and components fit to the project specific requirements before handing over to customer, manufacturing and purchasing. You are reporting locally to E&S Site Manager, and you have operational dotted line to Automation Team Manager in Denmark. You and your team are closely working with E&S colleagues in Europe and project teams & Alfa Laval’s sales companies & customers & suppliers in Northeast Asia and our factory in Qingdao

To succeed in this position, you have few years’ experiences of leading people and you have electrical engineer background. You have good organizing, co-ordination and communication skills. You are cooperative and able to communicate in fluent English.

What you know：

• Applicable electrical education (M.Sc./B.Sc.)
• Experience of leading people. You have been working before as a people’s manager
• Experience from electrical engineering
• You have experience and you can use Eplan or other electrical design software. You are familiar with Siemens TIA portal PLC programming or other PLC programming software
• You are result driven team leader, who likes to be present in the organization
• You have a strategic & tactical perspective. You get motivated from challenges and can maintain high performance while working under pressure
• You are open and you have good communication skills and ability to make decisions
• You are a cooperative team player who has cross-cultural understanding
• You have a systematic working style and ability finding solutions and you are willing to develop your own and your team’s daily work. You drive results through people
• You are structured and systematic in your work, and you have commitment to deliver agreed results
• Good English skill both oral and written

• Lead your team and support your team members in their daily work
• Develop and motivate your team members
• Ensure that Key Performance Indicators are set & data are available for evaluation. Responsible for Performance dialogues
• Responsible for ensuring quality and efficiency in the Electrical Engineering area
• Ensure compliance with Alfa Laval global standards & procedures
• Ensure that strategic actions are broken down to operational actions
• Build trust and maintain strong and transparent relationships with internal & external stakeholders
• Drive and secure that tasks are done on time through motivation of the team
• Contribute and motivate team to optimize work processes, internally and externally
• Support that electrical solutions are delivered to customer projects, hereunder ensure functionality & design according to customer expectations
• Contribute to increase in customer satisfaction
• Contribute to efficiency and cost optimization in BU HGS
• High quality level in processes, execution efficiency and product quality
• Contribute to develop and optimize order process and SOP’s

We appreciate

• Experience and knowledge from boiler systems and/or exhaust gas cleaning systems for Marine Industry
• Experience and knowledge from marine / shipbuilding industry
