About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to build and maintain reliable data solutions and support business stakeholders with high-quality analysis.

You’ll work closely with business customers, handling data-related requests and investigating issues with a thorough, detail-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.

• Write complex queries and optimize performance using T-SQL.

• Investigate, improve, and refactor existing code

• Perform basic database administration tasks (maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting).

• Support and enhance the SSAS (multidimensional) semantic/frontend layer.

• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making and root-cause investigations.

• Cooperate closely with business customers to clarify needs and manage expectations.

• Thoroughly analyze and resolve cases opened by business customers, including:
  - reproducing issues, tracing data lineage, validating results
  - identifying root causes and proposing corrective/preventive action
  - documenting findings and communicating clearly

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• SSIS: Must have, very good knowledge.

• T-SQL: Must have, very good knowledge.

• Database Administration: Must have, basic knowledge (maintenance focus).

• SSAS (Multidimensional): Must have, at least basic knowledge (frontend layer).

• Data analysis skills (validation, reconciliation, anomaly detection, explaining results).

• GIT: Basic knowledge.

• Strong communication skills and proven ability to work with business customers.

• High attention to detail; structured and thorough in investigations and case handling.

Bonus Points:

• Experience working with finance and/or sales data.

• Development/maintenance experience of reporting solutions using SSRS.

• Exposure to cloud technologies like Azure and Databricks

The form of contract is B2B with possibility to start as soon as possible, ideally by 1st of May 2026.
