Atividades:
• Gerenciar o processo de pagamento para Pedidos Padrão, desde a aceitação do pedido até o faturamento (Atendimento do Pedido, Encomenda de Equipamentos, Peças e Conhecimento Técnico, Monitoramento de Custos, Armazenagem, Envio do Pedido e Faturamento do Cliente).
• Suporte ao cliente durante o processo: status do pedido, data de entrega.
• Manutenção de pendências e projetos em andamento.
• Administração de reclamações.
