This position is based upon the input from the Purchasing Process and Supplier Forecast & Material Management and accordingly to the Replenishment
Process, continuously secure the availability of material according to requirements from both internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)/중요 의무, 역할(직무해설)

• Coil & Cutting (Establish cutting plan after determining cutting priority project, Coil supply plan creation and analysis (Coil Supply plan and analysis), Emergency project classification and material supply response, Coil inventory status and inventory reduction plan, Check LME prices daily in relation to raw material price changes)
• Etching (Check CMS, EPD and send them to supplier.  Prior agreement with priority project, Considering supplier's production time of acetate film and working film, Sending weekly, monthly, and yearly forecasts, Capacity analysis)
• End plate (Selection of optimal end plate according to thickness, Visit to the supplier and response upon ship class auditor, Coordinate with ship class inspection schedule with auditor, Fill out specimen TEST inspection application documents)
• Machining/polishing (Improve quality issues while hole drilling process (inspected with endoscope equipment), Send drawings and purchase orders directly. Work method and instruction guide)
• Welding Fabrication (Response to priorities and emergency items for each project, Negotiate lead time reduction)
• Responsible for PO, lead time, selecting & maintaining suppliers
• Sharing and sending forecasts of all materials on the weekly or monthly basis
• Visiting to the supplier’s plant and response upon ship class auditor
• Coordinate with ship class inspection schedule with auditor
• Negotiate with lead time & cost reduction
• Support supplier qualifications and improvement as per our requirements
• Support Global Sourcing related works. (e.g. collecting GCM number application form from suppliers)
• Support Sourcing team process improvement
• ETC (Ship class response ( Lloyd, Abs, DNV, DB, NK, CCS ) / Buying consumables and measuring instrument / NCR,  NDA,  Closing purchase items,  ERP,  PO,  Logistics,  Quotation,  Scrap management etc.)

Requirements / Qualification(자격요건)

• Well known about purchasing related works from A to Z
• At least 5 years of purchasing experiences in manufacturing companies
• Recommended bachelor degree of engineering (Mechanical Engineering etc.)
