About the job

Senior ERP Change Manager – Live Site Management (D365/OneERP)

  • Lund
  • Full time

Internally at Alfa Laval, this role is known as Live Site Manager.

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

Background

Alfa Laval is transforming its ERP landscape through OneERP, a global initiative that creates a standardized, scalable and effective transactional ERP foundation for the business. The program accelerates the rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), strengthens the use of standard processes and enables Alfa Laval to benefit from continued innovation.

As Live Site Manager, with ownership of the Nordics region, you will help establish and continuously improve the Live Site Management concept across the organization. You will work closely with Live Site Managers for North America, Western Europe and China, connecting live sites with development, rollout and global process teams to ensure that business needs are understood, prioritized and translated into sustainable improvements.

About the job

This is a senior, full-time change management role at the intersection of business and IT. Internally at Alfa Laval this role is called Live Site Manager. You will be the central point of contact for ERP-related matters across the live sites in your region, covering both Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and legacy ERP systems still in use in the region. Your focus will be on helping sites navigate change, improving ways of working and ensuring that ERP development delivers long-term business value.

You will build trusted relationships across functions, facilitate dialogue between stakeholders and create alignment around priorities and solutions. By maintaining a structured feedback loop between live sites, ERP teams, rollout projects and Microsoft, you will help Alfa Laval maximize the value of D365 and other relevant ERP systems, while protecting standardization and avoiding short-term, site-specific solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Establish and continuously improve the Live Site Management framework for the Nordics.
  • Act as the main contact for live sites on ERP-related matters, covering both D365 and legacy systems.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and advise, facilitate and manage expectations.
  • Understand business needs, processes and challenges, translating between business and IT.
  • Facilitate structured feedback loops between sites, ERP teams, rollout projects and Microsoft.
  • Prioritize changes, issues and improvement opportunities, directing them to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Coordinate activities across sites and identify opportunities for synergies and standardized ways of working.
  • Support new D365 implementations and rollouts, including the handover from project to live site.
  • Work with ERP Officers and Global Process Managers to assess requirements and develop sustainable solutions.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate process review activities.
  • Communicate relevant information about D365, legacy ERP systems and upcoming Microsoft releases and features.
  • Support live sites through organizational, process and system changes.
  • Collaborate with Live Site Managers in North America, Western Europe and China to ensure a consistent global approach.

Who are you

You are a senior and trusted change leader who builds strong relationships and brings people together around a shared objective. You listen carefully, understand different perspectives and address complex topics with diplomacy, clarity and the right level of challenge. Your energy, credibility and ability to communicate create engagement among stakeholders, while your personal leadership enables you to drive change from idea to delivery.

You are comfortable working across functions, cultures and organizational levels, and can move between detailed business needs and the wider strategic perspective. With a positive and collaborative approach, you help teams find alignment rather than relying on authority or command-and-control leadership.

What you know

You have experience working at the intersection of business processes, technology and change, with the ability to understand operational needs and turn them into clear priorities and actions. We believe our ideal candidate has:

  • Significant experience in business analysis, process management, project management, change management or an equivalent field.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong understanding of both business processes and IT solutions.
  • Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders in a complex, cross-functional and international organization.
  • Understanding of sales processes and operations in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on sustainable solutions.
  • Experience driving process improvements through structured methods, best practices and appropriate tools.
  • Fluent business English, both written and verbal.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of Alfa Laval’s organization, products and ways of working

What’s in It for You?

You will join a collaborative, open and friendly environment where people help each other develop and create value. This is an opportunity to play a visible role in a global transformation initiative that will affect every part of Alfa Laval’s business.

  • Make a direct impact on Alfa Laval’s future ERP foundation and ways of working.
  • Work with senior stakeholders and colleagues across North America, Western Europe, China and the Nordics.
  • Grow professionally through continuous learning, change leadership and innovation.
  • Be part of a transformation journey built on collaboration, initiative and meaningful business outcomes.
