Alfa Laval in Lund, Sweden offers an exciting Engineer Graduate Program that will run for 11 months starting in September 2025.

Program Highlights:
Duration: 11 months
Start Date: September 2025
Modules: Four modules within the PDL (Parts Distribution and Logistics) organization
Trainees: 1 position available as junior project manager
Structure: Each module lasts from 1-3 months, with the final month being a placement abroad. Additionally, you will be responsible for a project throughout the program within the supply chain area.
About PDL
Parts Distribution and Logistics (PDL) in Alfa Laval has the main responsibility of distributing spare parts to our sales companies and end customers through our Distribution Centres around the world. We make customers' lives easy through reliable, sustainable & efficient logistic solutions. We continuously strive to improve and evaluate our supply chain to ensure efficiency and customer focus.

Qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Sweden completed by the program start (September 2025) in one of the following fields: Supply Chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Maximum 1.5 years of full-time work experience prior to the program start (summer work is not counted)
Excellent proficiency in English
