About the job
As Business Controller Supply Chain for the Business Unit Separation Technologies (BU SET) at Alfa Laval, you will take a strategic leadership role focused on driving operational excellence and financial performance. In this global role, you will guide local Factory Controllers in initiatives to improve reporting processes and enhance cost competitiveness. As part of the Supply Chain Management Team, you will serve as the financial expert, supporting investment cases, standardizing ways of working, and driving continuous improvement.
This position is ideally based in Flemingsberg, in the South of Stockholm. International travel of approximately 40 days per year is expected.
Key Responsibilities
Champion best practices in operations controlling and product costing to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
Being a business partner working with other functions in the organization to drive business improvements and change.
Consolidate and analyze operational performance, providing actionable insights to management.
Drive improvement of cash-flow, operating working capital, financial analysis, investments, planning and reporting processes.
Take ownership of forecasting and annual product costing update.
Lead the standardization and digitalization of KPIs and reporting processes across the supply chain.
What you know
You hold a relevant degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
You have proven experience in Supply Chain controlling, ideally within an international environment.
You possess excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
You are familiar with, and have experience working in, international and matrix organizations.
