The position / About the Job:
The primary focus of the role will be planning, and successful completion of complex Service orders and capital sales projects in Middle East & Africa region in coordination with service operations and sales team from pre-order involvement to delivery and final payment / completion. The position will be based in Pune, India
Key Tasks and responsibilities:
Competencies/ Profile:
· Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency

· Savvy in using digital tools and date interpretation
· Self-Organized.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to express ideas clearly both in written and verbal formats.
· Organized, methodical and ability to solve problems.
· Proactive Approach
· Courageous to deliver good or bad news.
· Experience of pressure vessel codes, NDE/T, quality control systems, inspection, and testing of mechanical equipment.
· Knowledge of contract management, order handling & document control.
· Strong attention to detail and follow-up skillset.
· Good technical ability.
· Experience in ERP
· Commercial /Incoterms knowledge
· Knowledge of handling Letter of credit, Shipping and performance guarantees is preferable.
· Experience in handling logistics and offering solutions for complex orders.
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Ability and open to learn new things and adaptive to new requirements.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Email systems, specifically strong excel skills.
Qualifications & experience:
• B.E/B. Tech in Chemical \ Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Certification in Project management, lean six sigma is preferred.
• The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in similar a role or in industrial equipment manufacturing company.
Experience in both static and rotating equipments.
