We’re seeking Development Engineers (various levels) to join our Technology Development team within the Business Unit Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger (GPHE). In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the forefront of scouting and developing breakthrough technologies. You’ll drive innovative concepts that push the boundaries of what’s possible, addressing new and existing challenges with fresh technical solutions.
Your Impact
As a Development Engineer, you’ll:
Lead Innovation: Spearhead the exploration and development of cutting-edge technologies.
Collaborate Broadly: Work across internal teams—production, sales, sourcing—and engage with external partners like universities and technical institutes.
Drive Progress: Manage projects, both large and small, that redefine the future of heat exchange technology.
Who you are
You’re a curious, driven, and enthusiastic problem solver. Your passion for technology is matched by your ability to communicate and engage with others, fostering collaboration and innovation. You’re structured yet open-minded, and your networking skills, both internally and externally, are key to your success.
What you know
A degree in mechanical engineering or similar.
Experience in innovation and technology development.
Proficiency in 3D CAD and project management.
Knowledge of mechatronics and/or FE-analysis tools is a strong plus.
Location & Travel
This position is based in Lund, with travel up to 30 days per year.
