Are you passionate about digitalization and ready to contribute to supply chain operations efficiency?
We are seeking a hands-on Digitalization Driver to accelerate our workplace digital transformation. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative solutions, working closely with teams across the organization. Your technical expertise and strong communication skills will help ensure the successful adoption of new digital solutions. RESPONSABILITIES
Digital Competence
  • Drive the integration of automation, data analytics, and digital platforms to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Lead the development and implementation of digital tools to optimize our operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and proactively recommend new solutions that support business objectives.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout all digital initiatives.
Change Management and Communication
  • Act as a digital ambassador by promoting a culture of innovation and digital mindset across the organization.
  • Lead and deliver engaging training sessions and workshops to facilitate the adoption of new digital tools.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from users and teams to enhance existing digital tools, address challenges, and identify new digitalization opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital transformation within operations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Experience in 2 of following tools is a requirement: PowerBI, Power Query, Power Automate/Apps, RPAs and/or AI-driven digital solutions.  
  • Good understanding of ERPs for example D365 and its capabilities
  • Experience in project management and change management is a plus.
