What's in the job.
Leading and further developing the Service Division and its organizational structure in the sales region of Germany, Austria and Switzerland
Developing and implementing the business strategy, including business planning and setting targets, in line with the strategy of the Sales Company for Mid Europe
Carry out market, customer and competitor analyses and reflect this in strategy and plans
Implementing international, group-wide strategies, e.g., for after-sales, pricing, and communication
Responsibility for promoting digital and sales transformation towards a data-driven mindset
Taking over forecasts and cost control
Intensive collaboration with production sites and business units
Professional and personnel management of a team of three managers, including conducting personal development discussions
Lead the Sales Team and ensure that the Service Sales-Teams are performing according with the division strategy.
Member of the Management Team in Mid Europe as well as the Service
International networking and benchmarking within the group for continuous improvement
What you bring.
Completed technical or business studies with a technical focus
Solid professional experience in B2B, esp. after sales business
Building customer relations is one of your strengths and you have been responsible for growing business in earlier positions.
Committed and solution-oriented leadership skills with several years of experience, ideally in a globally operating corporation
High goal orientation, motivation, enthusiasm, and team skills
Strong optimism and intercultural awareness with assertiveness and persuasive ability
Fluent German and English skills, very good MS Office skills, and confident handling of ERP systems are required
