So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build careers too.
About the job
Business Unit Brazed and Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers (BU BFB) is in an expansion phase with new opportunities to grow our footprint globally. We are now looking for a Global Business Developer who will take ownership of the regional business development for BU BFB.
You will be part of an ambitious, highly supportive team, where our key values are collaboration and inclusiveness.
As the Global Business Developer in BU BFB you will:
• Drive the global business development strategy, owning regional growth initiatives and market penetration plans.
• Identify, develop, and support new business opportunities together with regional sales companies and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to steer the business direction.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Management, R&D, Application Specialists, and Marketing to develop value propositions and drive commercial excellence.
• Maintain and grow relationships with Sales companies, key customers, OEMs, System builders, and influencers across regions.
• Support forecasting, business planning, and strategic decision‑making through data‑driven insights.
What you know
You have a degree in Business, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or similar. You ideally have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, key account management, or strategic sales, preferably within HVAC, refrigeration, or a related technical industry. You understand value‑based selling and have experience working in a global matrix environment. You are fluent in English. Experience with heat exchanger technology or thermodynamics is considered a strong merit.
Who you are
You are an entrepreneurial, structured, and result-driven individual who enjoys turning strategy into actionable growth. You communicate clearly, build strong networks, and can influence without authority. You thrive working across cultures and time zones and enjoy problem‑solving in a dynamic environment.
What’s in it for you?
As a member of our team, you will join a close‑knit and welcoming group where everyone's opinions are valued. We prioritize maintaining high work ethics while ensuring a healthy work‑life balance. Looking out for one another and sharing daily laughter is a natural part of our work environment. With an international atmosphere, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from all around the globe.
Our company culture is characterized by openness, informality, and support. We believe in fostering diversity and providing equal opportunities for career growth. We actively encourage individuals to take ownership of their personal development and empower them to reach their full potential.
Our commitment to integrity
We care about diversity, inclusion, and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits provide important insights into a candidate's fit for a role. To help us achieve this, we apply Pymetrics assessments, and upon application, you will be invited to complete them.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace, we conduct background checks on final candidates for this role.
