About The Job
The Brewery System Sales Unit provides modular, process line and after-sales solutions to the brewery and beverage industries. As the Head of the Sales Unit, you own the Sales Unit´s profit and loss result, as well as develop and implement the sales strategy to drive profitable growth in both capital- and service sales with your team. The position will also be responsible for development of the offering portfolio of modules, process lines and after-sales services. You will lead three functions: Global Sales, Global Technology and Global Service Sales of which two will have department managers. You will be expected to be the operational leader of one the departments yourself.
In the brewery area, you will also be responsible for the technology development and market roll-out of our new Revo’s beer and beverage concentration system. As Head of the Sales Unit, collaboration with the project executing Engineering and Supply team is vital to sustainable success. Key responsibilities will be:
Lead profitable global sales growth profitably with your own team and in conjunction with the Food Systems regional Hubs and the local sales companies.
Develop the offering portfolio for both capital and after-sales
Build and nurture key customer relationships
Drive implementation of solid sales procedures within the department and with key stakeholders
Coach your team to meet and exceed sales targets
Follow and act on the latest industrial developments in the brewery and beverage industry
This position is based at our Søborg office, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 40-60 days per year.
What You Know
A master’s degree or equivalent experience
You have minimum 10 years’ commercial experience preferably within project sales
Relevant experience with driving and developing business in the brewery or beverage industry as well as experience with leading people in sales organizations
You are business minded and thrive working with change
You are empowering, supportive, and inclusive in your style of work
Fluent in English

You are an experienced leader with strong drive, goal oriented and passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. You enjoy finding opportunities providing solutions in a complex project environment that add value to customers. You have experience from an international business and negotiations.
