The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy HRIS Integrations Expert to join our global team at Alfa Laval and help shape the future of our HR systems landscape. If you thrive in a dynamic, agile environment, enjoy building smart integrations, and want to be part of a transformative journey—this role is for you.
The team is responsible for support to HR: performing global IT admin daily operations tasks, break-fixing as well as continuous improvements and projects. The work is driven in an Agile way with two-week sprints where the team delivers prioritized changes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support integrations within Workday and other HR systems
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure and maintain integrations using APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST), XML, and XSLT.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and agile sprint deliverables.
Support the implementation of new HR policies and ensure alignment with system best practices.
We are looking for:
Proven experience with Workday integrations—both deployment and support.
Solid understanding of APIs, Web Services, XML, and XSLT.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR business processes.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A self-driven mindset with a passion for learning and improving.
Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.
