Merci pour votre recommandation.
Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
Alfa Laval is looking for a motivated student worker to help improve our Digital Security site by creating a clear, user-friendly structure.
What You Can Expect
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a hands-on digital transformation project that will directly impact how our team accesses and navigates crucial security materials. The information is already there, but we need someone who can reorganize and structure it to ensure a seamless user experience. You'll be collaborating with key stakeholders, applying project management skills, and gaining valuable insights into how digital content is managed in a global company.
You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive environment, where your fresh perspective and ideas are encouraged. This is an excellent opportunity to put your knowledge into practice, build professional networks, and gain experience in structuring digital content for a large organization.
About the Job
Your main focus will be to assess, restructure, and enhance our SharePoint site to make it more intuitive and accessible. Specifically, you will:
Analyze the current site and map out existing content.
Design and implement a new, user-friendly structure from an outside-in perspective.
Organize and upload relevant materials—no content creation required.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Publish and refine the final structure to enhance usability.
This is a short-term role (up to 4 weeks), starting in June 2025.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a self-sufficient, proactive student who can take ownership of the project and drive results. You thrive in structured environments, have an eye for organization, and are confident enough to challenge the status quo when needed. Ideally, you have:
Experience with SharePoint and basic web navigation principles.
A structured and analytical mindset, making complex information easy to find.
Project management skills to handle the process efficiently.
The ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
Fluency in English (essential).
Assessment practicalities
We care about diversity, inclusion, and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role. To help us achieve this we apply Pymetrics assessments, and upon application you will be invited to play the assessment games.
