Activities:

• User support level 1 (Ticket by ServiceNow)
• Perform regular support, maintenance and administration of user workspace solutions, and user client infrastructure management (laptop/printers/smartphone)
• Teams Meeting room management

Competences:

• Degree/Bachelor in IT area
• Good competences in OS Windows and Office package
• Competences on modern ticketing system (preference ServiceNow) and Microsoft/Autodesk tools (installation and configuration)

• Client oriented approach
• English (good level)
