We are currently looking for a Portfolio Manager – Service Solutions to join our team.

About the Role

As a Portfolio Manager – Service Solutions, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and innovation in our industrial service portfolio, with a strong focus on tank cleaning, heat exchangers, and related service solutions. You will lead business planning, design and execute marketing campaigns, and ensure the technical depth of our offerings through the indirect channel. This is an ideal role for engineers passionate about service, business development, and international exposure, especially within Hispanic countries.

What You Will Do

  • Promote and grow the portfolio of service solutions through indirect sales channels.
  • Develop and execute business plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns including incentive, communication, and recognition initiatives to engage partners and customers.
  • Provide technical leadership and support to distributors, channel managers, and end users, ensuring deep understanding of service offerings.
  • Train and develop partners and internal teams on service solutions and value propositions.
  • Manage customer support agreements and monitoring subscriptions, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead and support projects focused on service improvement and business analytics.
  • Travel within Hispanic countries to strengthen relationships, deliver training, and support business growth initiatives.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • Experience in industrial services, post-sales, or technical-commercial roles.
  • Proven skills in business planning, marketing, and project management.
  • Technical knowledge of service portfolios (tank cleaning, heat exchangers, maintenance, spare parts, monitoring).
  • Strong presentation and training abilities.
  • Advanced spoken and written English (required).
  • Willingness and ability to travel.
