What we need from you

• We need your collaboration to support the sales companies in the LATAM region as well as our channels partners

• Your passion to transfer technical knowledge acting as a trainer for our channels and clients on the Alfa Laval products (mainly GPHE) these includes the design and facilitation of every training in English, Spanish or Portuguese language.

• Your coaching skills to support the sales engineer in designing and preparing information for the quotations  

• Your team spirit to work in conjunction with marketing area to define marketing campaigns, conferences, fairs and others.

• Your customer support expertise to provide substantial care to the customers concerning heat exchanger products and applications.

• Your technical knowledge in GPHE to offer key technical support to customers in meetings and interactions, focusing on customized product presentations and valuable propositions.

• Your branding skills to establish a visible presence as a technical expert, both virtually and in-person, to solve complex technical issues, discussing our products and applications within the industry.

• Your passion to promote the Alfa Laval brand among customers.

• Act as a product champion in a product launch campaigns and/or product and application competences coach inside the company.

You are

• A bachelor’s degree Engineer (Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry).

• With 2 years of experience in similar position & network within the industry with technical expertise on products & applications regarding heat transfer.

• Languages skills. Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus

• Experience managing CRM such as Sales Force, Microsoft Dynamics or some similar.

• Experience in B2B & B2C, networking development, channel distribution management experience and availability to travel in a 50-70%

• Non Mexican citizen with working visa and spanish skills are also invited to apply
