Who you are:

• Develop and coordinate the unit. Responsible for securing that the unit meets short to mid-term goals and customer expectations. Actively work with operational interfaces, communicate and coordinate. 

About the job:

• Responsible for the performance and output of the unit, including financial responsibility
• Set and follow up targets for the unit, broken down from factory level
• Drive the development of the unit
• Responsible for
  • safety of the people, processes and manufactured/delivered products
  • quality + Q-system
  • delivery
  • cost
• Secure Standardized work & SOP
• Participate in making the Operational plan
• Make costing update for the unit
• Support and initiate supplier development activities together with support functions
• Support Problem Solving & Improvement activities
• Understand and deal with the real problems of the unit by being present
• Involved in new product development and give input to EPD (Existing Product Development)
• Secure the result of Continuous Improvement activities in the unit, including Lean Six Sigma and 5S
• Perform audits according to ALPS
• Responsible for that Supply chain processes within the unit are implemented and maintained

What you know:

• Bachelor’s degree of Engineering or equivalent experience 
• 3 years Leadership and management skills and experience
• 5-10 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
• Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen
• Project work experience
