Who you are:

• Manage Jiangyin’s running projects covering capital investment, EPD and lean manufacturing upgrade
• Benchmark against current performance and rethink established practices to propose improvement roadmaps

About the job:

• In charge of investment projects including footprint planning and capital investment, and oversee installation, commissioning and acceptance of core equipment.

• Lead the launch of EPD products, covering the full production workflow from pressing to brazing.

• Restructure, improve and optimize existing production processes in line with lean manufacturing principles, such as equipment automation, layout rearrangement and process reengineering to boost production efficiency.

• Collaborate with other facilities under BU BFB to deliver relevant projects.

• Partner with BU BFB OD on projects including production automation initiatives.

• Serve as Key Equipment Coordinator for BU BFB, coordinating equipment improvement activities across all sites to realize equipment standardization.
• 担任BU BFB 关键设备的Coordinator, 协调各个工厂设备的改进等事谊，使得设备标准化

What you know:

• Knowledge: Major in mechanical/electrical/automation engineering or related, minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management from manufacturing company，Negotiation technique. Good knowledge in project finance.
• Skills: Communication skills. Written and spoken English at negotiation level. Relevant project management experience. Relevant engineering experience，Automation background or industry 4.0 experience is an advantage. Lean Six Sigma GB/ BB certificate is a plus.
• Attitude: Networking. Commitment to deliver the agreed project results. Has authority and is structured. Can establish and keep relationships with customers based on trust, respect, and understanding of their needs. Has large cultural awareness.  
• Motivation: Has a drive and can motivate and commit other people.
