About The Job
In this position, you are responsible for leading projects that have a high impact on our global organization and how we serve our customers globally.
The projects span from operational improvement to more strategic projects with a large impact on ways of working both internally and externally.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Planning: Plan and drive strategic projects with medium to high complexity. Outlining tasks, timelines and resource allocation.
Resources management: Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
Coordination: coordinate with various teams including agile development team, testing, deployment, support and business stakeholders.
Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
Stakeholder management and communication: Build strong relationships and trust with stakeholders across different levels of the organization. Regularly communicate project progress and milestones to relevant stakeholders, keeping them engaged and informed.
Change management: Change management planning and execution to secure that we drive true change into our organization.
Project measurement: Measure project performance to measure success of project
Who you are
To thrive in the role, you are:
Passionate about project management and you have a strong background in rolling out strategic projects and digital solutions globally.
Preferably experienced in running hybrid projects and you have a good understanding of agile ways of working (ideally SAFe).
Experienced in working in a global matrix organization
Experienced in e-commerce solutions is a plus
Strong in navigating high level of complexity and being able to create clarity.
As a person you are positive, customer driven with a target-oriented mindset and with operational business acumen. Further, you are organized and structured, keeping several tasks in parallel and successfully follow through without losing track.
What you know
We believe you are a project manager who builds trust and strong relationships with a humble and down-to-earth approach. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset, communication skills, internally and externally, and the ability to make easy understandable insight into complex projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a requirement as well as excellent presentation skills.
