What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a sales plan aligned with business goals
• Identify, qualify, and convert opportunities into wins
• Prepare and negotiate value-driven proposals
• Manage your pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting
• Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years in sales, ideally in industrial equipment or process technology
• Technical aptitude and strong negotiation skills
• Experience with separators or centrifuges is a plus
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
