Job Description

Planning the service center activities in order to

• Progress service jobs and provide information to all key stakeholders,
• Safeguard job priority, contractual obligations & customer expectations,
• Create an excellent customer experience.

Runing of SC stores 

• Stock control 
• Dispatch of goods 
• Receiving of goods 
• Following up on stock orders 
• Stock control of consumables 

Tool control 

• Certification and calibration 
• Inspection of all tools. 
• Arranging servicing of tools 

Purchasing 

• Generating of Service Center PO 
• Reviewing of Service Center suppliers  

Service Center Admin

• Technician timesheet capturing 

Education Qualification –

• Required 4 Years of relevant experience in the same field
• Degree / Diploma in Logistic Management
