Service Business is crucial in the Alfa Laval Iberia’s growth strategy of as well as a critical driver for the Sales company Transformation. “We exist to accelerate the success of our customer, people and planet” is our company purpose and Service has huge contribution looking for the sustainability and highest performance in separation processes. We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will be responsible for developing this service business through the installed base analysis and selling services for High Speed Separators in Food, Beverage, Pharma and Biotech sectors.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support our customers, visiting, holding meetings, and promoting meaningful interactions with them to understand their needs and emphasize the value of our services.

  • Analyze market insights and customer buying behaviors to develop plans aligned with the business strategy and targets.

  • Discover and oversee potential leads from both the market and our customer base, transforming them into viable business prospects to sustain a continuous pipeline.

  • Understand the equipment service requirements and define together with the customer how to care of it with the best service plan.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Degree in Agronomy, Industrial, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with at least 3 years of experience in technical sales.

  • Proficiency in Spanish and English (at least B2 level).

  • Preferably reside in the Madrid area, although other options will be considered.

  • Availability to travel within Spain.

  • Knowledge of separation technology is valued.
