Who you are：

1. Handle material, equipment & spare parts import and export affairs.

2. Leads and manage shipping department activities. Continuous development in accordance with the demand and needs from project execution.

3. Professional driving force and to ensure compliance with the internation shipping rules and customs policies.

About the job：

• Vessel and truck booking, and prepare declaration document and bonded verification list according to the demands from buyer and order handler.
• HS CODE definition for both inbound and outbound products.
• Apply certificate and license for inbound and outbound goods, such as Free CCC, Free China Energy Label, FTA, Chemical identification, etc.
• Monitor and follow up logistics performance, such as transportation lead time, declaration mistakes, cargo loss and damage, etc..
• Maintain the logistics data and customs delcaration data in CAMS.     
• Checking the freight bill and arrange the payment.
• Manager bonded warehouse accounts, handbook application, verification, balance and discrepancy.
• Coordinate AEO customs audits and handle abnormal customs matters to ensure compliant business operations of the company 
• Implement other tasks assigned by manager.

What you know：

Knowledge and skill:

• Minimum 5 years solid experiences in logistics and Customs in multinational corporation.
• Excellent English skill on oral and writing.
• Be familiar with the knowledge of Chinese Customs Law and regulation. Has much experience on declaration rules, HS CODE and license/certificate.
• Be familiar with each operation steps of transportation.
• Experience in bonded handbook management is a plus.
• Strong in coordination and communication and be able to think constructively with solution orientation.
