Who you are:

As member of strategic sourcing function, responsible for Supplier Quality management, mainly in following aspects: Supplier NCR handling, Sampling qualification, Supplier audit. lead supplier quality improvement project.

About the job:

• Issue and following the supplier ncrs, evaluated the DMAIC report for root cause and corrective actions at supplier. Tracking the NCRs closing rate and ensure long-term ncrs reduction.
• 发行和跟踪供应商NCR, 评估供应商DMAIC报告中的根本原因和纠正措施。追踪NCR关闭率和确保NCR下降的趋势。
• Securing the incoming goods inspection aligned between supplier and factory to make sure supplier follow our drawing, specification and technical requirements. Support project team to make sure supplier understand AL’s sample approval process and requirements.

• Work closely with supplier and relevant internal departments to solve the significant assembly and piece part quality issues.Limited the ncrs influence for production and customer DOT risk.

• Build and improve the incoming inspection instruction at HSS&DEC .Evaluate the MSA and control plan.
• 建立并优化HSS&DEC的进料检验作业指导书,评估检验的MSA 和控制计划。
• Evaluate and score the supplier’s quality performance on a regular basis , escalate risky area to the orgnization, and work on the supplier quality performance development with sourcing department.
• 定期评估和考察供应商的质量绩效，升级风险限，优化提升供应商质量绩效。
• Familar with 8D and DMAIC tools to working with PRP (Problem Resolution Process), able to lead improvement project
• 能够熟练的运用8D和DMAIC 工具进行问题解决流程，可以独立进行改善项目。
• Review the material certification，deliver technical acceptance document on new projects. Support factory and sourcing project for sample approval process.
• 评审新项目的材质证书和交付技术资料，协助工厂和项目组进行样品批准流程。
• Attend the Supplier Chain Daliy DSB and Quality DSB, assist team to solve the daily issues.
• 参与质量板会和供应链板会，协助团队解决日常问题。
• Other jobs assigned by HSS&DEC Quality Manager.
• 其他一些直属经理指派的工作。

What you know:

Knowledge:

• Quality system and management tools. (16949, PPAP, etc.)轨道交通 1
• Technical background in Fans, Motors, Pump, Cabinet is preferred.
• Familiar with the product applications in Marine.

Skills:

• Fluent written and spoken English (required).
• 3-5+ years working experience
• Bachelor’s degree and above
