  • Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and maintain accurate records using WMS and ERP systems.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and workflow.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in logistics and warehouse management:

  • Proven experience (3–5 years) managing warehouse or logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in Danish and English, both oral and written.

Who you are

You thrive in a dynamic and operational environment, combining a strong data and process orientation with excellent interpersonal skills. You are:

  • Open-minded and communicative, building trust across your team and with other departments.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Focused on continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence.

What’s in it for you

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key function within our organization, shape warehouse and logistics operations, and make a tangible impact on efficiency, safety, and team development. You will work in a collaborative environment that values your expertise, initiative, and leadership
