About the job

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the assembly of our gasket plate heat exchanger you will assemble products or components using tools and instructions (diagrams, blueprints). Key duties include performing quality checks, documenting processes, maintaining a clean workspace, and collaborating with teams, often involving repetitive tasks. This is important part of contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Demonstrate proper use and wearing of PPE (Safety Glasses, Steel Toe Shoes and other specific equipment)
  • Receive and process daily work assignment from the Team Lead and Manger.
  • Be able to learn and receive instructions from the Team Lead.
  • Be able to pass all three-welding tests (6G Tig pipe test, 1G Tig titanium plate test and 2G flux core weld test)
  • Be able to read a weld map/weld drawing
  • Be able to perform routine tasks without supervision.
  • Safely operate a crane, fork truck and joey.
  • Be able to perform quality welds.
  • Interact with team members, TL and TM.
  • Participate in daily team discussions.
  • Able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Willing to work some weekends when required.
  • Get to work on Time.
  • Conduct themselves in a professional, courteous manner.
