• Coordinate with relevant departments like Sales (Business Unit), Purchase, Design, Quality Assurance.
• Handle material and capacity planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling.
• Monitor job progress from Conception to Completion, maintaining delivery precision. Secure minimum Inventory: raw material, components, WIP, no shortages.
• Attend and analyze customer complaints. Manage reports.
• Drive/contribute to continuous improvements.
