What you will do:

  • Lead, develop, and inspire the Coordination Team to achieve operational excellence and deliver superior customer experiences. 
  • Oversee and optimize the planning, scheduling, and coordination of Field Service and Service Centre activities across Oceania.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, resource allocation, and communication with customers at every important milestone.
  • Drive standardization and best practices in coordination processes, ensuring consistency and reliability across all areas.
  • Lead and participate in transformational initiatives, digitization projects, and process improvements to enhance coordination efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with all Operations managers to ensure seamless service delivery and operational alignment.
  • Provide hands-on operational support to coordinators when required, ensuring business continuity and service quality. 
  • Step in during peak periods, complex situations, or when additional expertise is needed, while maintaining focus on leadership and team development. 


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven leadership experience in service coordination, operations, or related field.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive a customer-first culture and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with process improvement, digitisation, and change management.
