Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)
As an integral member of Northeast Asia Marketing team, this is a pivotal role in digital and sales marketing in Korea.
This role is accountable for relevant digital/social/e-commerce initiatives including but not exclusively, public website, marketing automation, social media, e-commerce platform, vertical digital media etc.
This role will focus on driving accurate reach, engagement, influence and subsequent conversion from online channels in Korea.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop digital marketing campaigns, perform the setup, implementation of digital marketing activations across multiple channels such as Paid Ads, Public Website, Social Media, Livestream etc.
Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website changes aimed at improving user experience and conversion rates of Korea public website, perform SEO updates to optimize landing pages and other website elements
Perform the setup, implementation, and maintenance of marketing automation workflows, identify opportunities for templates to support greater digital marketing efficiency in email marketing
Support on developing Korea E-commerce strategy & execution to grow sales performance of own website and marketplaces
Monitor the social media space to enable the brand to remain relevant to key target audiences
Work closely with northeast marketing team to drive both central and local initiatives and contribute to business growth
Requirements / Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field, over 5 years’ experience in relevant role/industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques
Must have experience using Marketo Engage in a development role
Strong understanding and best practice of Social Media Platforms in Korea
Basic knowledge of SEO and Analytics best practices and tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush)
Basic knowledge of E-commerce
Prefer to have B2B experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
