About the role
In the Brazed and Fusion Bonded Heat Exchangers Business Unit (BU BFB), part of our Energy division, we have high ambitions to grow. In this role you will be part of an ambitious and highly supportive team, where collaboration and inclusiveness are at the core of how we work.
This is a hands-on role where you will lead the digital tools team while also managing key strategic projects at the intersection of digital development and customer experience. You will take ownership of our e-business initiative within BFB, contributing to the development and execution of e-business strategies and tactics based on deep customer insights and overall business objectives. You will also be driving the adoption and implementation of digital order channels and EDI-based customer order automation, as well as contributing to the continuous development and improvement of our CRM platform.
Key responsibilities for this role entail:
Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Tools team, setting priorities and ensuring effective collaboration
Align team objectives with business strategy and digital roadmap, supporting strategic planning initiatives
Own and execute the eBusiness strategy, ensuring alignment with divisional and global priorities
Manage and prioritize the development backlog to deliver on projects, rollouts, and support commitments
Lead customer order automation (EDI) and digital sales projects end-to-end, from planning to execution
Support and enable sales teams to drive adoption and growth of eCommerce offerings
Monitor, analyze, and report digital sales performance, driving continuous optimization
Enhance the end-to-end customer journey through insights and cross-functional collaboration with Group Digital, Division, and Sales organizations.
Act as a key digital ambassador, representing the business in internal and external forums
The digital tools team sits within the Strategic Marketing function, and the role will be part of the leadership team in Strategic Marketing reporting directly to the head of Strategic Marketing. This position will be in Lund, Sweden.
What you know
Experience in team leadership or people management is vital to succeed in the role.
University degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Frameworks
Proven track record in driving technical or software projects from start to closing.
Good understanding of IT processes in software development and experience in driving development of digital expert tools.
This role requires high level of expertise with eCommerce platforms, EDI, Customer Portal tools, digital customer experience, sales & order process, order management, and CRM.
Fluent in English.
