The position / About the Job:

In this job the Sr. Support (Product Engineering) would be responsible for:

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Creating product structure in MOVEX as per drawing/MCN released & making changes in existing BOM in MOVEX as per received MCN.
• Handling of design notifications
• Inform within internal customers & External suppliers about MCN /new drawing changed & taking follow ups till implementation.
• Handling of DTO (Design to Order / Customer Adaptation)
• Resolving Assembly related issues.
• Giving Technical support for Claim Investigation
• Technical support to Local Sales & Service team.
• Active participation in EPD & NPD projects in decanter engineering department
• Support to Production and ALPS by solving SQDC cards related to engineering department.
• Raising ECP as & when required.
• Visit Suppliers for development of new parts of NPD / EPD Projects.

• Support to time study activity, Preparation of process sheets.
• Supporting PRP, KIZEN, 5S , SOP on shop

• Manage small project’s from EPD / CAPEX / Operational plan / Productivity as & when assigned.

Qualifications & experience:

• BE / Diploma in Mechanical from reputed University/ Collage with good academic record.
• 3 to 8 years of Experience in similar industry with similar job profile
• ERP Knowledge like MOVEX
• Various mfg. process knowledge, Excellent Drawing understanding.
• Microsoft (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
• Knowledge of One PLM ( TeamCenter )
