Our operations are overseen by Line Managers who ensure that delivery excellence, resource alignment, and strategic priorities are consistently met. The Centre is home to a diverse team of more than 250+ professionals, each contributing specialized expertise across a wide range of technologies. Our scope spans from maintaining and optimizing legacy systems to implementing and innovating with the latest modern applications. This role calls for a seasoned ERP People Manager with over a decade of leadership experience. You will be responsible for driving people development, fostering cross‑functional collaboration, and leveraging ERP expertise to enable organizational transformation. Success in this position requires a strategic mindset, proven ability to cultivate talent, and hands‑on experience with the SAFe Agile methodology to champion agile practices and continuous improvement

Who you are?

We are looking for a person with End-to-End responsibility of all activities within the defined domain. Lead and manage the team in accordance with Alfa Laval DNA and Lean Agile leadership

Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, manage, develop and recruit people and teams within the area of responsibility, supporting them to reach their highest potential with focus on agile, customer- and service-oriented behaviors.

• Lead the change: demonstrate the values, mindset, and principles of LeanAgile Leadership.

• Assure the SAFe/Agile structure and mechanisms are implemented and secure program execution.

• Manage up and across the team: eliminate impediments and relentlessly improve operations and flow.

• Communicate with stakeholders in line with overall decided structure, templates, engagement- and governance models.

• Service delivery, financial management, supplier management, system ownership and TCO for the area.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Group Digital and the Business

• Coach, manage, develop and recruit people and teams within the area of responsibility, supporting them to reach their highest potential with focus on agile, customer- and service-oriented behaviors.

Skills & Experience

• You are a seasoned ERP People Manager with more than 10+ yrs of experience leading high-performing teams and driving enterprise transformation.

• You bring a strategic mindset to people development, cultivating talent, fostering leadership growth, and building resilient teams.

You excel at guiding cross-functional collaboration, aligning diverse stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery across complex organizational structures.

• You possess deep expertise in ERP systems, leveraging them to optimize processes and enable business scalability.

• You are adept at working within the SAFe Agile framework, championing agile practices, continuous improvement, and organizational agility.

• Deep understanding of what constitutes good digital people experience and how to work for increased efficiency and connectivity for all employees.

• Fluent in English is a must.

• Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage and execute projects up and across the value stream.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

• Experience in owning and managing IT systems, ensuring their alignment with business needs and sustainability goals.

• Ability to manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and organizational adoption of new processes and systems.

Competence in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within IT operations and projects.
