About the role 

We are searching for a Financial Controller that will develop and grow together with our R&D organization for Separators in Fleminsberg.

As Controller you will be responsible for the financial follow up and speaking partner to the organization in finance question but there will also be an extra focus on improving the follow up model together with Managers in the organization.

In this role you will be a part of the Finance Sweden organization in the legal entity Alfa Laval Technologies AB and placed in Flemingsberg.

More specifically your key tasks will be: 

• Monthly closing and reporting including analysis and presentation of the outcome to the organization and the management team.

• Forecast preparation and reporting together with the organization.

• Continues processes improvement for financial activities.

About you

To succeed in this role, you know how to play in a team but also working independently, you are open to changes, and you embrace them. You master the ability to quickly understand the core of a problem and focus on the most important aspects. You remain confident in situations with unknown elements, and you have the ability to challenge yourself and others in a positive manner.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic background in Finance or Accounting at university level is required.

• Ideally you are curious and interested in the Production and Manufacturing world.

• You are a super user in Excel, and you are familiarised with Power BI and Qlikview.

• Presentations skills come along with the role, so we expect you to have high skills in PowerPoint and communication.

• And finally, you’re fluent in both English and Swedish.
