Join our Marine Service team and take your engineering expertise where it's needed most. As an International Marine Service Engineer, you will provide technical support for Alfa Laval Aalborg boiler systems onboard vessels. Every assignment is different, giving you the opportunity to work with advanced marine technology, collaborate with customers, and contribute to the global shipping industry.

What you'll do:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, commissioning, and technical service on Alfa Laval Aalborg boiler systems onboard customer vessels.
• Prepare service assignments to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution in accordance with established procedures.
• Travel occasionally within the country and internationally to customer sites, ports, and vessels, with the possibility of sailing with vessels when required.
• Deliver professional technical support while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose equipment issues and identify effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and actively promote a strong safety culture.
• Complete service reports, document findings, and obtain customer approval upon completion of each assignment.
• Provide customers with technical advice and recommendations to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Share technical observations and customer feedback with internal teams to support continuous improvement.

What we're looking for:

• Technical education in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience servicing marine equipment, boilers, or other industrial systems is an advantage.
• Good technical understanding of boiler systems; experience with Alfa Laval Aalborg boilers is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build professional relationships.
• Willingness to travel within the country and internationally as business needs require.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a global service organization.
