Qualifications: 

• 2+ years of experience in LMS development and administration (preferably Docebo) or Learning modules within HRIS (preferably Workday). 

• Basic IT background is preferred, including understanding of databases. 

• Learning agility. 

• Customer-focused mindset and elevated level of autonomy. 

• Good knowledge of HR Business Processes. 

• Effective communication skills, both oral and written. 

• Analytical skills that include identifying and resolving problems. 

• Can adapt when business demands, deadlines, and priorities change. 

• Motivated individual with a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude. 
   

 Nice to have: 

• Experience in the other HRIS areas like performance management, talent acquisition or compensation and benefits.
