We are looking for a Spare Part Sales Engineer to join our Parts team in Rauma. This position is a parental leave replacement, and it is expected to last approximately one year. Our Service organization and Spare Part team are serving power plant, cruise and offshore customers worldwide and handling all kinds of spare part needs for boiler systems from delivering a single component to extensive spare part sets and upgrade kits. Sales Engineer is serving our customers all over the world in regard to spare part sales.
In daily work you are responsible for the:
Managing the spare part order process, from the quote acceptance to invoicing
Order Acknowledge Management
Order Backlog follow up, right deliveries on time
Customer support and respond during the process: order status, delivery date
Close the order and invoicing
Coordination of customer orders for spare parts with the Supply department
Coordination of spare part deliveries with the Supply department
You are in close communication with our spare part sales engineers, purchasing dept, warehouse and component suppliers.

Your qualifications
Business or technical education (B.Sc.).
Positive attitude for customer service and solution finding ability.
You have good coordination skills and systematic way of working.
Have experience from basic office working tools and you can adopt new ways of working.
Experience from international work environment is considered as a benefit.
You are cooperative team player and able to communicate in fluent English.
We also appreciate
Experience from ship building or power plant industry.
ERP-system knowhow (Microsoft AX).
Excellent planning and supply chain management skills.
Experience in fast paced dynamic operations with global customers.
