The role

  • Own your territory: Full responsibility for revenue and growth in your segment.
  • Be the expert: Work with cutting-edge technologies like High-Speed Separators, Decanter Centrifuges, and Membranes.
  • Make an impact: Help customers improve efficiency, sustainability, and profitability.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and convert opportunities into profitable business.
  • Build strong relationships with end customers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and negotiate value-driven proposals.
  • Manage your pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7–12 years in a sales role, ideally in industrial equipment or process technology.
  • Experience with High-Speed Separators and/or Decanter Centrifuges is highly regarded.
  • Strong technical aptitude, negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business growth.
  • Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
