Job Responsibilities :

Act as the first line support for ALPS/CI in the organization.
Act as the local communication link between the organization and the ALPS Central Team/ Global ALPS/CI Drivers.
Network with other ALPS Drivers to share and learn from best practices.
Identify, prioritize (together with the management team) and run improvement projects.
 Facilitate development and deployment of ALPS/CI roadmap for the organization together with the management team.
 Coordinate and facilitate ALPS training in the organization.

 Willingness to travel 30-60 days in a year

Location :

Education & Experience:

• BE or higher Technical education.(Mechanical / Production preferred
• 5 to 12 years of experience in Continuous Improvement Process
• Lean Manufacturing Experience
• Experience in TPS(Total Production System),Equal,ALPS
• English high level in speaking and writing

Physical & Environmental Factors

• Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor. Safety equipment required when present on the shop floor – footwear, hearing, eyewear.
• Environmental Factors (hazardous materials, work location, work surfaces, exposure).
