About the job
We work to deliver exceptional customer experiences and reliable operational performance. As a Database Analyst Intern, you'll play an essential role in supporting product data accuracy and integrity across our business. This internship provides meaningful exposure to product lifecycle management, product architecture, pricing administration, market analysis, and cross-functional business operations within a global industrial organization.
This is a hands-on internship for students eager to build real-world business, analytical, and technical skills while making a tangible impact. In this role, you will support the management and maintenance of critical product and pricing data used throughout the organization. You'll help ensure information is accurate, accessible, and aligned across sales tools, product databases, and operational systems. You will also collaborate closely with product management, sales, operations, and engineering teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a hybrid opportunity based in Warminster, PA.
As a part of the team, you will:
Support the management and maintenance of product data to ensure accuracy and availability for Product Architecture, Product Lifecycle Management, and Portfolio Management activities.
Update and maintain selected pricing and product information within relevant sales and business tools.
Assist with the collection, validation, and organization of data used for: Market analysis, Product analysis, Pricing initiatives, Business case development, Costing activities, and Performance and risk management
Support internal sales organizations and operations teams by investigating and resolving deviations in measurements on CAS drawings and technical product data within the CAS database.
Assist in maintaining data quality, consistency, and integrity across business systems and databases.
Support data reporting, analysis, and documentation efforts for ongoing business initiatives.
Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, and operations teams to ensure accurate product information is available across the organization.
Participate in continuous improvement activities related to data governance, data quality, and process efficiency.
What you know:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field, and:
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Interest in data management, product lifecycle management, pricing, or business analysis.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Experience working with databases or large sets of data is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, problem-solve, and ask questions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
