Responsible for identifying Service business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products and services within Shandong and Henan provinces, focusing on starch, food & beverage, protein, and brew industries.

  • To develop and maintain customers, search and collect service business opportunities in starch, food & beverage, protein and beer industries in Shandong and Henan provinces, understand the customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Define sales strategy, profit margin, market share increase with the manager.
  •  Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval Product and services.
  • Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader.
  •  Look for and manage leads from the market and customers and convert them into real business opportunities in order to ensure the pipeline.
  • Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions with customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services.
  •  Runs the operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools.
  •  Develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
  • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

Knowledge:

  • 5+ years sales or application, technical support experience in starch, food & beverage, protein, brew or related process industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in mechanical, food engineering ,fermentation technology etc.
  • Solid mechanical and electrical technical background is required.
  • Technical service and sales experience with High speed separator and/or decanter centrifuge is highly preferred.

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good interpersonal communication

  • Have service sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability
