We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in Turkey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support and service to our clients in the land-based sector, ensuring optimal performance of Alfa Laval equipment and systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, commission, and maintain Alfa Laval equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Train customers on proper equipment use.
• Collaborate with sales on service upgrades.
• Keep accurate service records and ensure safety compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related) or equivalent experience.
• Experience in field service engineering, preferably industrial/rotating equipment (Decanter & Separator).
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to work independently and travel frequently within Turkey.
