Who are we looking for
As an IT Manager for M365 Solutions and Services, you be responsible for the overall development, delivery and direction of the team. You will be driving the strategic direction of the Value stream together with your colleagues. You will be leading a group of Experts and guiding them to excel in their roles. Your leadership will be pivotal in instilling an Agile mindset, customer-centric approach, and a service-oriented culture among team members. With your expertise, you will lead by example, embodying the principles of Lean-Agile Leadership.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of the IT solution delivery, management and governance guaranteeing seamless program execution. You will adeptly identify and eliminate obstacles, fostering an environment of continuous improvement that enhances our operational efficiency. Your communication skills will be key as you align with stakeholders.

You bring proven experience in designing and implementing M365 solutions, building a strong governance, maintenance & License management. Good to have knowledge about data engineering and analytics technologies and on-premises and cloud-based analytics ecosystems. Your leadership style is rooted in Lean-Agile principles, driving you to foster an environment where agility, customer focus, and service orientation are at the forefront.
Responsibilities:
Lead, develop and support an Agile development team of M365 experts.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Group Digital and the Business
Establish the strategic direction together with the PM for the area, as well as collaborate towards the Strategic ambition for the Value stream.
Lead and facilitate change management
Full financial responsibility for the team and License management for the products within scope
Coach, manage, develop and recruit people and teams within the area of responsibility, supporting them to reach their highest potential with focus on agile, customer- and service-oriented behaviors.
Manage up and across the value stream, eliminate impediments and relentlessly improve operations and flow.
Communicate with stakeholders in line with overall decided structure, templates, engagement- and governance models.
Skills & Experience :
At least 10-15 years of experience in IT management, with a successful track record of leading and developing high-performing teams. Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile methodologies is highly desirable.
Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe.
Deep understanding of what constitutes good digital people experience and how to work for increased efficiency and connectivity for all employees.
Proficiency in technology and business, complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English is a must.
Good to have knowledge about data engineering and analytics technologies and on-premises and cloud-based analytics ecosystems.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage and execute projects up and across the value stream.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of removing impediments and enhancing operational flow.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Experience in owning and managing IT systems, ensuring their alignment with business needs and sustainability goals.
Ability to manage change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and organizational adoption of new processes and systems.
Competence in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks within IT operations and projects.
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Work Location: Pune
Working time: CET Shift – 11:30 AM to 08:30 PM
Working Days: 5 days a week (3days WFO, 2 days WFH)
