Vacancy For Project Engineer

Join us as a Project Engineer based in Stara will be responsible for Manufacturing Transformation and adept at implementing new manufacturing concepts in manufacturing process. This role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly.

The position / About the Job:

In this job the Project Engineer would be responsible for:

Key Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing smoothly.

  • Provide engineering expertise and technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of project activities, including plans, designs, reports, and updates.

  • Monitor project costs, manage budgets, and report on financial status.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Ensure all project activities meet or exceed industry standards, regulations, and company quality guidelines.

  • Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and changes in scope.

  • Address technical issues and project challenges, providing solutions to keep the project on track.

  • Familiarity with various project management methodologies is essential, with preference given to candidates experienced in Manufacturing Transformation and adept at implementing new manufacturing concepts.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic).

  • 2-4 years of experience from relevant area in a production/manufacturing company

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD), with a strong understanding of engineering principles.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information.

  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically to solve complex problems.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Who you are?

  • Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.

  • Advanced degree or certifications in production or manufacturing engineering.

What you can be?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic).

  • 2-4 years of experience from relevant area in a production/manufacturing company
