Engineering & Supply Business Unit High Speed separators is responsible for executing customer projects for Brewery, Beverage, Edible Oil, Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation and Ethanol, Starch & Sugar, and Dairy. 

Engineering & Supply is a competitive project organization that delivers both standardized products as well as customized HSS systems that ensure optimization of each customers separation demands.

About the job
To meet the customer and market demands we need an additional member to our project execution team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the completion of customer projects. To be successful in this role you need to thrive in technical discussions.

Projects generally include but are not limited to: engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing of process module and start up. Size and scope of all activities depends on customer contract. In this role you have an overall responsibility to manage and ensure the projects are delivered in time, within budget and with the correct scope. Due to the project size, you will handle several projects at the same time.

Your main tasks:

• Direct contact with customers

• Technical Project management

• Financial management

• Secure customer requirements

• Motivate and drive project team

What you know

• You hold a degree in Engineering at university level.

• You have several years’ experience working with technical customer projects delivering to the Food industry in Europe.

• Proven experience from project management

• You are good at and like managing inter-personal relationship combining good technical skills with good management skills

• Your work approach is constructive, structured, and systematic

• You keep a strong perspective and focus on solutions. You are able to make decisions quickly, negotiate and also say no when needed.

• You are a good communicator

• You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
