About the job
Your main task will be to support smaller customers in the Nordic countries. Meaning helping with quotations and orders. You will also follow up on the quotes with a focus on closing the deal with the customer in our CRM system.
You will have responsibility for chosen customers primarily in Denmark and Sweden whom you will support from the office.
Your mission is always to create a high customer satisfaction by going the extra mile and paying close attention to the needs of the customer. This you will do together with several close colleagues.
The position is based in Lund.
What you know
To be successful in this position you:
Have a strong sale centered approach with the ability to handle more than one thing at a time.
Act fast on customer requests and understand the importance to act correctly and get things done.
A digital mindset and are open for changes.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and other business-related systems.
Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is also important that you understand Danish as many of the smaller customers are located there.
