Your mission

Responsible for identifying business opportunities within the market and concluding direct sales of Alfa Laval products within a defined area of responsibility (e. g. geographical, group of customer, industry or product group etc.).

•Your commitment to follow technical sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell our products

•Your execution skills to follow up qualified leads and convert them to orders.

•Your team player experience to support the sales team by providing direct support to the customer during the quotation process.

•Your acumen to develop technical and value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.

•Your commercial interest to be active in the market and focus on inside customer interactions, but including some visits, focusing on customer needs understanding and delivery the value of our products and services.

Your analytical skills to understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader.
Your interest in developing sustainable quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up.
• Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions.

To succeed in this position, it is important to keep your databases up to date in the CRM tool, ensure quality in your deliverables, maintain continuous improvement and inspire others to work in a multicultural and collaborative environment.

The profile that fit with these duties is:

A bachelor’s degree as engineering, mechanical, chemical, mechatronics.

Has manufacture experience on metal work industry with knowledge in energy field

Has 3 years of experience in sales, customer support or technical/product sales

Has english/spanish skills C1 or proficiency level with both written and verbal communication skills.

Understanding in heat exchangers is increasingly valuable.for this position

Position is located in Monterrey

Remote work and traveling to our facilites once a month.

Type of contract: Mexican contract + benefits above to the law

Non-Mexican citizen must have recent Mexican working visa
