 About The Job

As part of our growth ambitions, Alfa Laval is establishing an in-house Senior Leadership Search function and is looking for a Senior Leadership Search Partner, Europe, to play a key role in building the function, lead end-to-end senior level recruitment and develop candidate pipelines for critical roles.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and HR BPs to lead end-to-end senior leadership search across the organisation in Europe
• Develop sourcing strategies, conduct market mapping and identify and attract top external candidates
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Ensure that search processes are consistent, inclusive and aligned with company policy

The position can be based in Lund, Sweden or Søborg, Denmark

About you

You are an experienced executive search professional who combines strong business understanding with excellent stakeholder management skills. You are results oriented and driven to learn new things every day. Your confidence in working with senior leaders enables you to influence and advise them throughout complex recruitment processes. You have a high level of discretion, integrity and professional judgment

 What You Know

• Broad experience managing end-to-end searches for senior leadership and critical roles across Europe and in different business areas and industries
• Strong market mapping, sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills
• A relevant university degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
• Experience working in a matrix and international organization is highly valued
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders.
• A proactive, structured and results-oriented approach
• Fluency in English and a Nordic language are required, additional languages are an advantage
