About the Role

As a Field Service Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our service operations—planning, scheduling, and coordinating field service activities to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute Service Agreements across Australia
• Schedule jobs and allocate resources using OneService
• Coordinate spare parts orders and ensure timely delivery
• Track progress, KPIs, and prepare monthly service reports
• Support invoicing processes and maintain accurate documentation
• Liaise with Field Service Engineers, Sales, and Customers to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with WHS and ISO standards

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Tech-savvy (ERP systems, MS Office; OneService/iScala experience a plus)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
